Project of a four-room apartment in Sofia residential complex

Problem:
This is an apartment for a wonderful young couple who have a lot of friends and love to gather company for board games. The task was to add another separate room - a study, and not combine the kitchen with the living room so that it could be used as a guest bedroom.

Result:
We have done apartment redevelopment, turning it into a four-room apartment. To make meetings with friends especially cozy, an electric fireplace became the decoration of the living room, and a large collection of board games was hidden in a niche in the closet. The kitchen was divided into 2 zones: working and dining. To visually expand the space, we used light colors and added a few bright accents that refresh the interior.
