Project description:
The task of this project was to remodel the top floor of the house: instead of 3 bedrooms and a small bathroom, design one open space with a bedroom area and a guest area, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower. The clients' special requests were: imitation rock on the walls in light shades, a minimum of furniture, the use of a previously purchased sofa and a gray color scheme with a warm tint.
During the redevelopment, we significantly enlarged the bathroom: next to the entrance there is a large cabinet with a sink, then there is a wall-hung toilet with a storage cabinet, and in the back of the room there is a spacious shower stall.
The bathroom divides the floor space into 2 zones: bedroom and guest room. In the guest area, the room is decorated with a large steam fireplace under the TV. In the bedroom, behind the head of the bed there is a dressing room.
