Office design “Rezult”, Yaroslaviv Val, Kiev

Description of the project:
The office of the REZULT company is located in a historical building in the center of Kyiv. Our task was to develop a unique furniture design and fit it into the existing space without changing the blue color of the walls, ceilings or flooring material. Design work was carried out on:

• reception area with security;
• manager's reception room;
• conference room;
• meeting room.

To demonstrate that this company works in the field of woodworking, decorative panels with backlighting made from natural wood were developed for the design of the walls. In the reception area with security there is a “Pixel” panel made of small wooden blocks. The brand wall is made in a contrasting black and graphite color. Next to the security desk there is a small sofa for employees and office guests.

In the conference room, in the area with a sofa, there is a rotating wooden panel with samples of wood textures and elements of the “R” logo. The peculiarity of this panel is that wood samples can be easily removed to demonstrate them during negotiations. This room contains a large conference table, as well as a cozy lounge area with a sofa and chairs for meetings in a relaxed, informal style.

A small office with a round table is designed for meetings with dealers and partners. The center of attention is a wall with product samples. The “museum” display of samples on illuminated shelves looks presentable and makes it convenient to have everything you need at hand during a meeting. In a small niche we hid an area for making coffee and other drinks.

The manager's reception area consists of a secretary's workplace, a waiting area, a wardrobe and storage areas for dishes, drinks and other goods. The decoration of this room will be furniture and decor made from natural slabs of wood. A carefully thought-out workplace for the assistant manager, has a large work surface, cabinets for storing documents and space for printers. In the niches of the room we placed cabinets in which we hid a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooler, storage space and a wardrobe.
