VSI.SVOI store design: creating an interior that requires reasonable capital investments and short repair times

Description:
"VSI.SVOI" is a marketplace of Ukrainian brands, where clothes, shoes, accessories and home decor are presented. Shop project was developed in a unique design, but taking into account the use of existing standard trade equipment. Adesign studio led the development of the technical part of the project, 3-D visualization and creation of the design of new furniture and decor elements.
According to the design of the chief architect, the dominant feature of this interior is the yellow architectural volume in the center of the store. This is a block of fitting rooms and a cash register area, around which the movement of customers in the sales hall takes place. This is the "heart of the store" in a figurative and literal sense, because this is the key area where customers make purchasing decisions. A booth for people with disabilities is provided in the fitting area.

Architects took into account the client's requirement in creating an interior that requires "reasonable" capital investments and extremely short deadlines for the implementation of repairs. Therefore, a simple modern "loft" style was chosen, which uses raw building materials such as concrete and brick, communications on the ceiling remain open, and only separate accent zones and podiums for mannequins and demonstrations of new products serve as interior decoration.
