Task:
Introduce the store area into the concept of craft beer bars from the point of view of retail design. Zoning should demonstrate a 3 in 1 format: pub - store - online; the interior should be without pathos; design should talk about personalization of the service; and retail equipment must be universal for a changing assortment. Introduce communication about the unique assortment, the best price offers and the ease of choice: drink at the bar, take away or order online.
Result:
The space of the room is divided into 3 functional areas: a store, a counter for placing orders and a bar area with tables.
A shop area is placed at the entrance to encourage shopping. The store has a “cold room” - a professional refrigeration room. It is divided into 2 parts: for storing skittles, from which beer is served on taps in the bar, and for goods available for purchase (bottled drinks and snacks). For the convenience of customers, beer on the shelves is sorted by type, special offers are highlighted with dies. Trade showcases are mobile and monofunctional, with the ability to adapt to different types of goods.
The counter is designed for placing and issuing orders. Thanks to the tablet, customers can familiarize themselves with the functions of the online store and arrange delivery. The main bar menu is presented on a large screen.
In the back of the hall there is an area with tables where guests of the establishment can have a good time with friends. When leaving the beer bar, they will again enter the store area, which will contribute to the development of sales and services.
The design of the store-bar is designed in corporate colors, which visually distinguishes the KNTYNR bar from others. The interior of the room does not require expensive renovation work, as it is designed in the “Loft” style. The design of the room is comfortable, stylish and democratic.
