Adesign studio has developed interior design concept for a grill bar restaurant in the shopping and entertainment center. An open restaurant kitchen is an effective solution for those who strive to gain the trust of customers by demonstrating cleanliness and production technology. Watching the cooking process is quite exciting, which helps brighten up the wait for the order. In this project, we sought to highlight the beauty of cooking. For this purpose, an accent “master chef” zone was developed: the chef’s table is placed in front of cabinets for maturing meat and steaks, which are designed as a beautiful display case with lighting and decor. The cozy food court counter is divided into 2 parts: a payment and order delivery area and a bar area. The dark color of the walls creates a dramatic effect, the textures of natural wood create a cozy interior, and the rich burgundy shade of the accent areas attracts attention and gives the association of a harmonious combination of meat and wine.
